Hunsaker Adjustable Grate System For 22.5" WSM (Add up to 5 food grates)

Greatly increase the capacity of your 22.5" WSM by adding the no drill, 5 level adjustable grate system by Hunsaker. 

Made out of 16 gauge, 304 stainless steel 

4 grate levels in the lower section and 1 level on the top. The system works with Weber style wire grates (Hunsaker also makes stainless steel wire grates if needed).  The spacing between levels is 3". 

Standard half pans can fit between levels to open up more cooking capacity. This would be great for catering or cooking for a large group.

This system fits 22.5" Weber Smokey Mountain Smokers. No drilling is required. This system uses the existing grate holder hole pattern. The stock water pan will not fit with the Hunsaker grate system. We have found that the water pan is not needed. If you do want to add water to your WSM a half pan can be added and filled with water. A Hunsaker Vortex plate can also be added to your stock charcoal ring to help diffuse the hot air and minimize any burning.  This system will also not work with the Cajun Bandit door.

Food grates and half pans are not included. Hunsaker does make stainless grates that will work with this system and can be found here
